Regierungs-Schutztruppe und Stadtwehr (literally translates to "Government Protection Force and City Militia"), the circa 1919 German post-World War I (WWI) poster (with a taglines that translates to "In Lichtenberg-Berlin many innocent people are murdered by rebellious criminals! Protect Bremen against these beasts in human form by joining the government's protection force and city militia.") encouraging citizens to take action to protect themselves and the city during the turbulent times after the war ended.

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: fair to good. The poster is in lesser condition. There are several defects scattered along the borders and foldlines/crossfolds, and there are one or more areas of significant foldline and/or crossfold separation. Many of the tears or other defects as described above have been repaired with several pieces of restoration tape from the back. Certainly the poster could be restored and linenbacked and it would look great, but please bear in mind its defects and cost of restoration before placing a bid.
