He'd Have to Get Under - Get Out and Get Under (To Fix Up His Automobile), the 1913 sheet music composed and written by Maurice Abrahams, Grant Glarke & Edgar Leslie, and featuring art of a couple's car broke down on the side of the road by E.H. Pfeiffer. Note that the automobile revolutionized America in the early 1900s. Not only did everybody have to buy a car if they could possibly afford one, but they also were obsessed with them (similar to computers in the beginning of the 21st century!). Songs like this were written about America's obsession with cars.
