Note that this movie is even more relevant today, because ever since the invention of anti-psychotic drugs and the closing of most state-run mental hospitals, hundreds of thousands of mental patients have been released and are barely supervised, and many of them are responsible for the tragic mass killings that have occurred over recent years.
