An Original Vintage Unfolded World War I Poster (measures 20" x 30" [51 x 76 cm]) (Learn More)

Over The Top For You, the 1918 U.S. World War I (WWI) War Bond poster ("Buy U.S. Gov't Bonds"; "Third Liberty Loan") encouraging citizens to purchase bonds, and featuring wonderful Sidney H. Riesenberg art of a soldier emerging from a trench and holding a billowing American flag.

Artist: Sidney H. Riesenberg

Condition: good to very good. The poster has a few tears of varying lengths around the edges (five of them have been repaired with restoration tape from the back) and there is some spotty, small paper loss at lower right (above the "N" in "LOAN".) There are some light creases scattered in various areas and there is small surface paper loss at lower center above "Gov't".) The poster is otherwise in pretty good condition and after a simple linenbacking the poster will look great!
