The Countess of Monte Cristo, the 1948 Frederick De Cordova romantic ice skating sports musical comedy ("A Musical Ice-Travaganza!"; "Story by Walter Reisch") starring Sonja Henie (in her final Hollywood appearance), Michael Kirby, Olga San Juan, Dorothy Hart, Arthur Treacher, and Freddie Trenkler. Note that, despite the title, this movie bears no connection to the Alexandre Dumas characters (the title refers to a brief segment at the beginning of the movie where the characters are auditioning for a "movie within a movie" named "The Countess of Monte Cristo".)

Important Added Info: Note that this script is the revised final shooting script from March 17, 1948. Note that the writers are not credited on this but that the movie credits William Bowers. Also note that there are a multitude of different colored revision pages from many different dates from between 4/5/48 and 5/4/48 (apparently this script was revised over and over, which must have driven the actors crazy!)
