Note that a condensed feature version of this serial was released as a feature in 1943. Important Added Info: Note that this lobby card has been paperbacked. What is paperbacking? This means the lobby card was backed onto a heavy paper backing (acid-free), that is similar in feel to that of the original lobby card (except somewhat heavier). It is a similar process to linenbacking, except that most collectors use linenbacking for one-sheets and paperbacking for half-sheets, inserts, window cards, and lobby cards. Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. What IS paperbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. Prior to paperbacking, the card had pinholes around the edges, with small paper loss in the left blank corners. It had a 1" tear near the middle of the left border. It had some tiny pinholes and stains scattered throughout the image. Overall, the lobby card was in good condition prior to paperbacking.
