An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Irving Berlin's White Christmas, the classic 1954 Michael Curtiz post-World War II sisters holiday singing-and-dancing romantic musical (with classic "Lyrics and music by Irving Berlin"; "The most fabulous music-and-mirth show in motion picture history!"; "Joyous entertainment for every season, any year!!!!") starring Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney, Vera-Ellen, and Dean Jagger. Note that this was the first motion picture to be filmed in VistaVision! Also note that the title song "White Christmas" was first introduced in 1942 in the Fred Astaire/Bing Crosby movie "Holiday Inn", and it proved to be so popular that this movie was made, utilizing part of the plot of that earlier film, and reusing this song, which was now over a decade old, but it proved to be an even greater hit! Important Added Info: Note that (for unknown reasons) this poster was printed in a 28" x 42" size, with extra wide white borders. This particular example of the poster was neatly trimmed on all four sides to make it 27" x 41" (no doubt so it could fit a standard frame). Condition: good to very good. The poster was neatly trimmed to 27" x 41" . Three of the blank borders were folded back at one time and there are staple holes and pinholes around the edges of the poster. There is tiny separation at the bottom crossfold and creases and tiny tears in the bottom quarter of the vertical foldline. The poster was lightly folded in half an extra time.
