3 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More)

The Adventures of Mark Twain, the 1944 Irving Rapper biographical melodrama ("The WARNER kind of entertainment!"; "The Gol-Darndest American!"; "All biographical material based on works owned or controlled by the Mark Twain Company, and the play 'Mark Twain' by Harold M. Sherman") starring Fredric March (in the title role as Mark Twain/Samuel Clemens), Alexis Smith, Donald Crisp, Alan Hale Sr., C. Aubrey Smith, John Carradine, Bill Henry, Robert Barrat, Walter Hampden, and Joyce Reynolds. Note that the name "Mark Twain" was such a selling point in 1944 that Warner Bros. made two entire sets of posters for this movie ("one pictorial and one block"), and the block posters solely had text on them with Twain's name in giant letters!

Important Added Info: Note that this is a set of 3 lobby cards. We are also selling a set of 5 lobby cards elsewhere on eBay this week.

Condition: very good to fine. There are creases and smudges in the borders. The card with the three men has creases in the top border and three small tears in the right blank border. The portrait of March has a piece out of the top right blank border.
