Condition: fair. The bottom title area, the top left image area, and the top right border image area were all cut apart and the borders were trimmed off of the top two image areas. Someone went to a great deal of trouble to mount all three of those areas onto a white board, and they even glued on three different pieces of borders to fill in the missing border areas!
