Mrs. Miniver, the 1942 William Wyler (winner of the Best Director Academy Award for this film) World War II (WWII) Home Front romantic family relationship patriotic melodrama ("Return from Dunkirk... a recluse hallowed in history!"; "Voted the greatest movie ever made!"; "Based on Jan Struther's Novel"; winner of the Best Picture Academy Award) starring Greer Garson (winner of the Best Actress Academy Award for this film; in the title role as Mrs. Miniver), Walter Pidgeon (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Teresa Wright (winner of the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Dame May Whitty (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Reginald Owen, Henry Travers (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Richard Ney, Henry Wilcoxon, Rhys Williams, Aubrey Mather, Helmut Dantine, and Henry O'Neil. Note that Richard Ney played Greer Garson's son in this film, and they were later married in real life. However, he was omitted from the sequel in 1949 because they had divorced by then.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and creases and scuffs on parts of several foldlines, with some creases and scuffs scattered in the image. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
