Her only movie role was a bit part in the 1948 Max Ophuls movie "Letter from an Unknown Woman". Afterwards, she moved to New York and began writing a column for the fashion magazine "Women's Wear Daily" where she brushed shoulders with several affluent actors, writers, businessmen and politicians.
