He is best remembered for starring in the first season of TV's "Saturday Night Live" (he left after one season to pursue a movie career, and he succeeded admirably), for playing Clark Griswald on the National Lampoon's Vacation films, for his co-starring role in Caddyshack, and numerous other appearances over the years. As of 2021, he is still alive at the age of 77! Important Added Info: This index card has been personally autographed (signed) by Chevy Chase! Also included is an 8" x 10" REPRODUCTION still that the index card could be matted and framed together with! Our consignor is a very longtime collector of movie paper and autographed items who purchased this signed item over the years, and he either obtained it from a dealer through the mail, or by writing to the celebrity, and in each case, he compared the autograph he received with known examples of that star's handwriting, and he (and we) believe that this autograph is authentic.
