Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) Son of Dracula, the 1943 Robert Siodmak Universal vampire monster horror thriller sequel ("Red Lips Thirsting!"; "Pale Hands Caressing!"; in this sequel, the Count travels from Budapest to the Deep South of the U.S.!; this is the first Dracula movie that shows him transforming into a bat on screen) starring Louise Allbritton, Robert Paige, Evelyn Ankers, Frank Craven, J. Edward Bromberg, Samuel S. Hinds, Adeline De Walt Reynolds, Pat Moriarty, and Lon Chaney Jr. (in the title role as Count Dracula; he is credited on some posters as "Lon Chaney as Count Dracula", though his actual character name in this film is "Count Alucard", which of course is "Dracula" spelled backwards!) Important Added Info: NOTE: In this case, the #3 in the title of this sale is not the number of the lobby card (whenever we know the number of a lobby card we list it for those of you who know which scenes you are looking for). In this case, the cards from this particular set were un-numbered, but because we are selling more than one card from this set this week as separate eBay sales, we needed to differentiate between the sales, and we did so by marking them "#2, #3, etc. (Note that we do not use #1, because this is commonly used to signify the title card). Condition: very good. There is a 2 1/2" vertical crease in the top right center of the image area starting at the top blank border and running down to just to the right of Chaney's head.
