Edgar Allan Poe's The Raven, the classic 1935 Lew Landers (billed as "Louis Friedlander") Universal plastic surgery horror thriller ("An adaption of Edgar Allen Poe's The Raven"; VERY loosely based on the famous poem by Edgar Allan Poe; about a crazy plastic surgeon who saves a girl's life, but is rejected by her so he mutilates the face of a criminal to have him kidnap the girl after which he promises to restore the criminal's face!) starring Boris Karloff ("The uncanny master of make-up in a new amazing shocker"), Bela Lugosi (billed as "Bela 'Dracula' Lugosi"), Irene Ware, Lester Matthews, Inez Courtney, Samuel S. Hinds, Ian Wolfe, Spencer Charters, Maidel Turner, and Arthur Hoyt

Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this herald, and therefore, it (with The Invisible Ray) are surely two of the most rare of the 1930s Universal horror heralds, because we have auctioned all the others at least two times each! We are currently also auctioning an example of the herald from The Invisible Ray, which we have also never auctioned before!

Condition: good. The herald is completely separated down the spine. It has tiny paper loss in two areas in the borders of the cover, and some small tears and tiny paper loss in the rest of the borders (see our images).
