An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Pressbook (pb; measures 11" x 17" [28 x 43 cm]; 28 pages) (Learn More) I'm No Angel, the 1933 Wesley Ruggles circus sideshow romantic love triangle musical comedy ("Come up and see me sometime - any time!"; "Goodness... has nothing to do with it!"; about a sexy dancer in a third rate circus; she lives with a guy, but that doesn't stop her from seeing other men; when her boyfriend goes to jail, she becomes the lion tamer; she gets a rich playboy boyfriend, but she wants his cousin, played by super young Cary Grant!) starring Mae West, Cary Grant (in his 12th movie role!), Gregory Ratoff, Edward Arnold, Ralf Harolde, Kent Taylor, and William B. Davidson. Note that this movie was originally called "It Ain't No Sin", and the enactment of the Production Code caused the title to be changed to the much tamer "I'm No Angel", and apparently caused several racy scenes to end up on the cutting room floor! Also note that we have provided an image of the front and back covers of this pressbook (if the back cover is not the poster page, we photographed the interior poster page), and of course, the winner of this auction will receive the entire single pressbook we are auctioning (plus any supplements or heralds described above)! Condition: fair to good, WITH CUTS. The pressbook has a cut on the last interior page, which affects newspaper stories about the movie, but does not affect the poster pages.
