There are tears of varying lengths along parts of the upper and lower edges as well as much of the center horizontal fold. Someone placed much masking tape on the back of those areas which slightly bleeds through to the front (and has caused some deterioration in parts of the blank borders.) There is paper loss in the upper crossfold.
