Important Added Info: Note that there are two very slightly different versions of this poster which exist which both appear to be from the first 1968 release of this movie. They are identical in every way except that one has the title in lighter green letters and the other has the title in darker green letters (the one with the lighter green letters also has the NSS text block at the bottom right, while the one with the darker green letters has the NSS text block at bottom center). Both versions have the identical NSS stamp on the back, with the exact same information. If anyone has reason to believe that one of these posters predates the other, please e-mail us and we will post it here. We have always thought it likely that both posters were printed at the same time, but at different printing locations (we have seen this true of other titles of the late 1960s and early 1970s, especially ones that were from extremely popular movies). What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds. It had tiny bits of paper loss scattered down the top quarter of the vertical fold and in the left half of the top horizontal fold, with a lesser amount of wear on the other folds. The top blank border was folded back at one time, and there were pinholes in the center of the top border. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking.
