An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27 1/4" x 43 1/2" [69 x 110 cm]) (Learn More) Candy Baby, the 1968 B.H. Dial sexploitation movie ("Candy is dandy ...and nothing is quicker"; "The story of the wild live-in ...love-in parties") starring Cherie Winters, and Maharishi Narish Yogi. Note that this movie was released the same year as Candy, starring Marlon Brando, James Coburn, Richard Burton, and other big name stars. We suspect that the studio for that film threatened legal action over the title, and title snipes were used on existing posters to change the name to "Candid Baby". Important Added Info: Note that we have only auctioned one example of this extremely rare poster in all our years of auctioning! Note also that this one-sheet measures 27 1/4" x 43 1/2" [69 x 110 cm]. Note that in recent months we auctioned a collection of sexploitation one-sheets that included many rare titles from a single collector, and we recently auctioned the last of that collection. NOW, we have been consigned a different collection which includes even more very rarely seen titles! In recent sets of auctions we auctioned groups of one-sheets from this new collection, and this month there are 131 different ones (all are in separate auctions), and they include a number of posters that we have only auctioned once or twice before. There are also a number with great images or taglines. This is an excellent opportunity to add one or more of these rare one-sheets to your collection, and, like the previous collection we auctioned, this consignor also only had one of each title, so on the rare ones, it may be quite some time before we offer the same title again!
