Les Lettres de Mon Moulin, the 1954 (released in the U.S. in 1956 as "Letters from My Windmill") Marcel Pagnol French compilation comedy ("Daxely on the road to purgatory that is paved with such good intentions."; "Rellys the new Raimu in an hilarious battle of the spirit versus the flesh."; "Delmont famed Pagnol veteran as the secretive miller who is betrayed by... his lovely grand-daughter Pierrette Bruno the new international star."; comprised of three short films, each based on a short story by Alphonse Daudet, adapted by Marcel Pagnol; the stories are told as if they occurred in a small town where an old man lives in a windmill, and he describes interesting events that occurred there) starring Guy Alland, Henri Arius, Rene Bervil, Jean-Marie Bon, and Breols
