My Gal Sal, the 1942 Irving Cummings New York City songwriting romantic carnival biographical musical ("Famous songs by Paul Dresser"; based on the story by Theodore Dreiser; about a carnival worker who meets a beautiful singer from New York, and he follows her there, where he becomes a songwriter, and they have a love/hate relationship over many years) starring Rita Hayworth (in the title role as Sally Elliot), Victor Mature, John Sutton, Carole Landis, James Gleason, Phil Silvers, Walter Catlett, Mona Maris, and Frank Orth

Important Added Info: Note that, for unknown reasons, lobby cards from this Rita Hayworth movie are extremely rare. We have auctioned over a dozen one-sheets from this movie, but we have never before seen this title card (only two scene cards)!

Condition: poor to fair. There is paper loss in three corners. There is a long vertical scuff line near the center that runs through both images of Rita Hayworth. There are pinholes, tears, smudges, scuffs, a stamp, and grease pencil marks around the edges. Please read our description above and look at our super-sized image before placing a bid on this card.
