He will be forever best remembered from TV's "Batman" (in the title role), and he has made many cameo and "guest appearances" in the many years since, including in TV's "Family Guy" (as Mayor Adam West). He passed away in 2017 at the age of 88. Important Added Info: This index card has been personally autographed (signed) by Adam West! The index card could be matted with a vintage or repro still and framed together to make a cool display! Our consignor is a longtime memorabilia dealer who has purchased autographs several times over the years, and he feels certain that this signature is authentic.
