Billy the Kid, the 1941 David Miller outlaw cowboy western ("MGM'S biggest Technicolor outdoor drama since 'Northwest Passage'!") starring Robert Taylor (in the title role as Billy the Kid; he was 30 years old, and no "kid"!), Brian Donlevy, Ian Hunter, Mary Howard, Gene Lockhart, Lon Chaney Jr., Henry O'Neill, Grant Withers, Dick Curtis, and Frank Puglia. Note that this movie was a re-make of the 1930 version starring Johnny Mack Brown in the title role!

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had separation and surface paper loss on the folds, with some horizontal creases scattered in the top half of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. Someone long ago mounted the poster to linen with no excess and no restoration, and it is slightly "lifting" from the linen at the right ends of the top two folds (see our image).
