Strayer horror murder mystery thriller ("Do human vampires really exist?"; set in an unnamed European country, about a mad scientist who needs living human tissue to conduct his wacky experiments, and he makes it look like vampires are killing the people who he has killed by leaving puncture marks on their necks and draining their blood) starring Lionel Atwill, Fay Wray, Melvyn Douglas, Maude Eburne, George E. Stone, and Dwight Frye NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that original poster material from this very early vampire movie has always been extremely rare! However (likely because it is from it is from Majestic Pictures, and NOT from Universal), the posters sell for only a small fraction of the prices of Universal horror posters from the same time period! In all our years of auctioning, we have only previously sold three inserts and three one-sheets on this movie, and NO other posters, until we were consigned this three-sheet! Also that this three-sheet was printed in 3 sections designed to overlap. Condition: good. The poster has tears and small areas of paper loss on parts of several folds, with a 3" x 1" area of paper loss in the middle left of Atwill's head, in the middle of his ear. There are several tape repairs on the back of the poster that were surely put there decades ago. Otherwise, it has had no restoration.
