An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More) Counterfeit, the 1936 Erle Kenton Treasury agent romantic crime thriller ("The most dangerous blonde in America matches wits with the brains of the T-Men!"; about a gang of crooks who kidnap a man who works at the Treasury so that he can help them make counterfeits, but a Treasury agent has infiltrated the gang, and the gang leader has a pretty girlfriend whose innocent sister gets caught up in the crime) starring Chester Morris, Margot Grahame, Marian Marsh, Lloyd Nolan, and Claude Gillingwater NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and black tape, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the black tape or the edges of the slide well. Condition: very good to fine. The theater that used this slide wrote the days the movie was playing in the play dates section at the bottom of the glass. The slide does not have a cardboard holder, but rather there is black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of older glass slides. The slide is in nice condition!
