Gibson, who was the creator of The Shadow character in the pulp magazines; "From The Famous Shadow Stories") starring Rod La Rocque (in the title role as The Shadow/Lamont Granston), Agnes Anderson (billed as "Lynn Anders"), James Blackeley, Walter McGrail, and Bruce Kellogg. Note that The Shadow had been a hero in pulp magazines and on the radio since 1930, but in 1937, a new radio series began with Orson Welles playing The Shadow, and that gave a great boost to this movie, which came out at the same time! Note that this movie was followed by a sequel the following year "International Crime", with Rod La Rocque reprising his role NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good to fine. On the card pictured below, there is a piece of tape on the back of the top border, but it was not put there for any restoration purpose, and there is a 1" tear in the bottom border that was repaired with tape from the back, but the cards are in otherwise really nice condition!
