When Ladies Meet, the 1941 Robert Z. Leonard romantic love triangle marriage comedy ("4 Great Stars in the gay comedy of married flirts!"; "Hollywood parade of stars in gay romance"; "Screen play by S.K. Lauren and Anita Loos"; about a female author with a boyfriend who gets romantically involved with her married publisher) starring Joan Crawford, Robert Taylor, Greer Garson, Herbert Marshall, Spring Byington, Rafael Storm, and Mona Barrie. Note that this is a remake of the 1933 movie of the same name starring Ann Harding and Myrna Loy.

Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this poster, and that was 8 years ago. The buyer of that poster had it linenbacked and has now reconsigned it to us, so this is still the only example we have ever auctioned!

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. The poster had creases, smudges, and tiny bits of paper loss on the folds, with some pinholes, tears, and small stains around the edges. It had some writing on the back of the bottom center that bled through into the woman's face and hair. Overall, the poster was in fair to good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above.
