An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 29 3/4" x 40") (Learn More) The Beautiful, the Bloody, and the Bare, the 1964 Sande N. Johnsen artist nude models photography sexploitation horror thriller (about an artist and his wife who have nude modeling classes and their friend Pete shows up and they convince him to work for them as a nude model, but they don't know he's a homicidal maniac!) starring Jack Jowe, Marlene Denes, Mai Dey, Debra Page, Tom Signorelli (billed as "Brad Scott"), Adela Rogers St. Johns (the famous writer of silent movies!), and Rickey Bell (a sexy female in an uncredited part as the "model in bubble bath"). This was director/writer Sande Johnsen's first movie as a director, and he went on to direct eight more, and he also produced sex movies and wrote others, and was an actor in some of them! For some unknown reason, the name Sande Johnsen is not a household word like "Ed Wood", but we have no doubt he rivaled Mr. Wood in talent! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this one-sheet measures 29 3/4" x 40". Please do not bid on this poster thinking it is 27" x 41". Also note that some of the images appear to be somewhat "censored", but that is part of the printing and is how the poster was made, and none of it was added after the printing of the poster. Condition: good to very good. There is 6" of separation at the center of the bottom foldline, with tiny paper loss at the crossfold. There is small separation at the other two crossfolds and separation at the left and right ends of each horizontal foldline. There are pinholes in the corners and the left and right borders were folded back at one time (no doubt so the poster could fit in a frame). Learn More about condition grades
