The Wheel, the 1925 Victor Schertzinger silent romantic casino gambling addiction melodrama ("The picture version of John Golden's stage play"; "by Winchell Smith"; "Titles by Montague Glass"; about a wealthy young man who becomes addicted to gambling at roulette in casinos, and he falls in love with a poor, but beautiful girl, which causes his family to disown him, and they live poor but happy for a while, until her former beau lures the man into a gambling casino, where he proceeds to lose everything, but his girl saves the day!) starring Harrison Ford (not the same Harrison Ford that we know as an actor today, but a very popular leading man of the 1920s), Claire Adams, Mahlon Hamilton, David Torrence, and Margaret Livingston. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.
