Important Added Info: Note that this poster has been signed (autographed) by artist Lawrence Noble, and hand numbered 166/300! We have seen several examples of this poster and this particular poster is printed on a slightly heavier weight, deluxe stock (which we think was used for these limited edition, numbered posters!) If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Note also that this Ralph McQuarrie tribute poster was created exclusively for Star Wars Celebration Japan, which was held near Tokyo in July, 2008. In 1976, artist Ralph McQuarrie created a concept for a Star Wars one-sheet poster but never completed a full painting. As a tribute to McQuarrie, artist Lawrence Noble created a painting based on Ralph's original concept art. The poster was officially licensed by Lucasfilm, and sold exclusively through the Celebration Store at the show.

Note that this special "all Star Wars" auction began with a phone call from a VERY long time collector of Star Wars posters! He told us that he had reached a point in his life where he was wanting to sell his collection, and he asked if we could do it all at one time. Because he had 174 posters (including many of the most rare and desirable ones), we were happy to comply, but we told him that we would like to also add additional rare Star Wars posters from other collectors, and he agreed, and after we were consigned an additional 117 posters and related items, we have our auction!

Know that we are not "autograph experts"! We strongly suggest that all bidders do whatever research they want to do about the autographs BEFORE placing bids (such as comparing the signatures to other known signatures found on the Internet). But we also know how hard it is to be certain of an autograph's authenticity when you are not seeing the item in person. So, to make certain that we only have satisfied buyers, we will give anyone who purchases any of these a 30 day return privilege (from the date the auction closes) on any of these autographed items, and of course, that gives every buyer plenty of time to be 100% certain that they have purchased a genuine autograph! But realize that you can't return items AFTER 30 days (from the auction's closing), so be sure to do whatever checking and authenticating you need to do either before the auction ends, or within the 30 days.
