One would certainly wish to find it in better condition, but we have never auctioned it before! Condition: fair. The poster was used in Canada and someone painted over solely the "I" of "GIANT", because the French title is "GEANT", and they changed the "I" into an "E". At a later time, someone tried to change it back into an "I", and there was also paint to the left and right of that area, extending through most of the box to the left and right. This alteration also affected the top of the "A" of "GIANT". There is a Canadian censor stamp in the blue background at middle right. There are many stains and tears around the edges, with some small paper loss. It is very likely that the paint over the title can't be removed without damaging the title under it, so this will be a complicated restoration, and bear that in mind before bidding on this very rare poster.
