He is best remembered for his role as the Gill Man in Creature From the Black Lagoon (only in the scenes where the camera is out of the water!) AND Julie Adams (also known as Julia Adams) is an actress from the 1940s to present. Some of her movies include: The Stand at Apache River, Bend of the River, and The Treasure of Lost Canyon. While she made many movie and TV appearances, she is best remembered as the girl being held by the monster in Creature from the Black Lagoon! Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by BOTH Ben Chapman AND Julie Adams! Our consignor is a very longtime collector of movie paper who regularly attended the Chiller collectible show. This signed item (and the others offered from this collector) were purchased at a Chiller convention over the years. In some cases, he had them signed by the celebrity when they appeared in person at the show, and in other cases, he purchased them from Kevin Clement, who runs the Chiller shows, and in all cases, he (and we) believe this signature is authentic.
