Raging Bull, the classic 1980 Martin Scorsese (nominated for the Best Director Academy Award for this film) boxing sports biography melodrama ("Based on the book by Jake LaMotta with Joseph Carter and Peter Savage"; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award; loosely based on the turbulent real life of boxing champion Jake LaMotta) starring Robert De Niro (winner of the Best Actor Academy Award for this film; as Jake LaMotta; De Niro literally gained 60 pounds for the scenes where he portrayed the fat and out of shape aged boxer!), Joe Pesci (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Cathy Moriarty (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film; as Vickie La Motta), Frank Vincent, Nicholas Colasanto, Theresa Saldana, Mario Gallo, Frank Adonis, and Lori Anne Flax (as La Motta's first wife, Irma)

Important Added Info: Note that this poster has never been machine folded! Most insert posters were folded twice horizontally right off of the printing press. It is very difficult to find an unfolded copy of most inserts, especially from before 1970!

Condition: fine. This poster is in REALLY nice condition (what many dealers would describe as "fine" or "near mint")! It has NEVER BEEN FOLDED, and has only the very most minor of defects! We only put this "fine" grade on less than 1 in 7 of the posters we are selling. We saved it for the very best ones, ones that we thought would be acceptable to EVERY collector, no matter how condition conscious they are!
