An Original Vintage Theatrical 7 1/2" x 9 1/4" [19 x 23 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Cain and Mabel, the 1936 Lloyd Bacon boxing sports romantic comedy ("When Clark makes love to Marion... the whole wide world's in tune...."; about a heavyweight boxer who wants a shot at the title, and an up-and-coming pretty dancer who wants publicity, and an agent comes up with the idea of them having a fake romance, to get them in the headlines, and get them noticed, but the only problem is that they can't stand each other) starring Marion Davies (in the title role as Mabel O'Dare), Clark Gable (in the title role as Larry Cain), Allen Jenkins, Roscoe Karns, Walter Catlett, and Robert Paige (billed as "David Carlyle") NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been trimmed and it now measures 7 1/2" x 9 1/4" [19 x 23 cm]. Condition: good. The borders were neatly trimmed and the still now measures 7 1/2" x 9 1/4" (likely to fit a frame). There are faint scuffs scattered throughout the image, but they are mostly only noticeable when the still is tilted to the light. Despite the above defects, the still can be displayed and enjoyed just as it is, but please do not bid on this still unless you can accept its defects described above.
