Buying a Bond is No Sacrifice, the 1943 U.S. World War II (WWII) War Bonds poster ("Missing in Action..."; "We bought extra war bonds"; "4th War Loan") encouraging citizens to buy war bonds. Note that this poster features art of a solemn woman holding a child with a letter from the U.S. Navy at the table by Xavier Gonzalez! Note that the art on this poster looks very similar to Dorothea Lange's famous Migrant Mother photo of 1936.

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good to very good. The poster has two dark stains at upper and lower left (see our image). It is otherwise in generally nice condition and after linenbacking with some proper restoration it would display well.
