There was small paper loss in the center of the bottom border (blank white paper only) and someone taped a piece of paper to the front and back of that area. There were a few tears and pinholes in the top and bottom borders. There is a small piece of clear tape on the back of the left end of the top foldline and on the back of the top crossfold.
