Perhaps it was intended to be used in both countries (we have heard from collectors who saw these color stills in U.S. theaters at the time the movies were released, but we have not heard from any English collectors as to whether they were used in England at that time). There is a fine horizontal scratch across the lower center of the still extending into the left side of Taylor's dress. Note that we show a scan of the front of the still, with a scan of the back of the still beneath it (even if the back is completely blank), so you can see what is on both sides of the still, and also better judge the condition of the still.
