Crumb rose to prominence after the 1968 debut of Zap Comix, the first successful underground comic publication. Popular creations of his from this era include counter-cultural character such as Fritz the Cat and Mr. Natural, and the images from his Keep on Truckin' strip. In 1991, Crumb was inducted into the comic book industry's Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame. As of 2021, Crumb is still alive at the age of 77! Artist: Robert Crumb Important Added Info: Note that this is the only issue of XYZ Comics. It is the 1998 final reprint of this classic underground comix from 1972 (after this, the publisher went out of business and they have never since been reprinted in this format). Note that this item contains some nudity, so we have placed a white bar over those areas for those who are bothered by such images. Of course, the actual item does not have the white bars.
