$100 Billion Blackjack, the 1963 poster ("The civil rights bill") disparaging the Civil Rights Act of 1964, claiming it as an attempt at executive power and dictatorship. Of course, the law was eventually passed in 1964 after the assassination of John F. Kennedy, who championed the bill.

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good to very good. The poster has a few light creases and pinholes around the edges of some folds. It is otherwise in generally nice condition.
