A modern retelling of the ancient legend of love and passion and violence!"; "Passionate! Volatile! Haunting!"; winner of the Best Foreign Language Academy Award; a re-telling of the Greek myth, updated to the present day and set at the Brazilian Carnival, and featuring black actors in the lead roles) starring Breno Mello (in the title role as Orfeu), Marpessa Dawn (as Eurydice), Marcel Camus, Fausto Guerzoni, Lourdes de Oliveira, and Adhemar Ferreira da Silva (as Death)

Condition: good to very good. small area of red pen writing in the lower right of the image background in the front of the program; folded in half an extra time twice; minor creases and scuffs throughout the program (more so along the foldlines); a few tiny tears around the edges of the program
