Aaron is widely considered one of the greatest baseball players of all time and he was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1982. He broke Babe Ruth's lifetime home run record (it has since been broken again by Barry Bonds, but that was with the help of steroids). Aaron passed away in 2021 at the age of 86.
