Johnston"; a clever story of a small girl who is kidnapped, and 18 years later, her mother gets pneumonia and is dying, and her husband wants to see her die happily, so he hires a dance hall girl to pose as his long lost daughter, so his wife's last days will be very happy; but seeing her "lost daughter" causes her to recover, and the girl is faced with endlessly pretending to be someone she is not, and complicating the story is a rich young man who is in love with her, and the sleazy ex-boyfriend she used to have!) starring Sally Eilers, Ray Milland (billed as "Raymond Milland"), Juanita Quigley (playing Mary Dow as a child, billed as "Baby Jane"), Katharine Alexander, Lola Lane, Henry O'Neill, and Clarence Muse.
