Romance shining with the love light of youth making dreams come true!"; "Based on the Saturday Evening Post Story 'The Phantom Filly' by George Agnew Chamberlain"; about a city boy who is sent to live with relatives in the country, and he changes his ways and finds romance too) starring Walter Brennan, Lon McCallister, Jeanne Crain, Charlotte Greenwood, June Haver (in her third credited movie role!), and Willie Best. Note that this movie was re-made in 1957 as "April Love", with Pat Boone and Shirley Jones. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).
