An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Cactus Makes Perfect, the 1942 Del Lord cowboy western slapstick comedy short ("A Columbia Short-Subject Presentation"; in this entry, the Stooges are move out of their mother's home and go west to strike it rich; Curly invents a gold finding device, and they use it to find a mine, and crooks try to steal their gold, but everything works out in the end) starring The Three Stooges (Curly Howard, Larry Fine, and Moe Howard), Ernie Adams, Monte Collins (as Ma Stooge!), Vernon Dent, and Eddie Laughton NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that Three Stooges fans have always wanted to own original release lobby cards from their comedy shorts that show Curly, but they are incredibly rare! In all our years of auctioning, we have only previously auctioned 14 first release lobby cards from Three Stooges shorts that show Curly (3 title cards and 11 scenes), and now we have been consigned SEVEN lobby cards with Curly (2 title cards and 5 scenes), and we are auctioning them in seven separate auctions. Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. The card has slightly darkened unevenly around the edges. There are pinholes, tiny tears, tiny creases, and a tiny area of paper loss in the top border. There is a piece of tape on the back of the center of the top border, but it was not put there for any restoration purpose. Otherwise, the card is in pretty nice condition.
