We have auctioned four examples of this poster in the last 9 years, and each of those auctioned for between $4,200 and $4,700, so obviously, collectors don't mind the pink background, and instead focus on what a truly wonderful movie this is! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had small paper loss at the bottom two crossfolds, with tiny paper loss at the top crossfold. It had some creases and tiny paper loss in the top of the "ND" of "INDEMNITY" in the title. It had pinholes and a few tears around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
