Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had small paper loss at middle crossfold and tiny paper loss at the other two crossfolds. It had tiny tears and tiny paper loss scattered down the vertical foldline, with a lesser amount of wear on the horizontal folds and pinholes around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Note that the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster.
