Important Added Info: Note that the image on this poster was first used on a "wilding" poster in 1969, which is extremely rare. It had more color than this poster, but the same image. The image was again used in 1970 and 1971, with the same coloring as the 1969 poster. It was again used for this 1972 re-release, but with less color. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. The poster had fine surface paper loss on parts of some foldlines (typical of high-gloss posters of this period). It also had some pinholes, tears, and tiny paper loss around the edges. It appears that the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. However, it likely was roughly handled, and it now has some creases and scuffs around the edges, with some tears in the top border, and some creases in the middle right of the image.
