the 1975 double-bill release of Feast of Friends, the 1970 Paul Ferrara musical documentary featuring Jim Morrison, John Densmore, robby Krieger, Ray manzarek, Pastor Fred L. Stegmeyer AND Jimi Plays Berkeley, the 1973 Peter Pilafian New Line Cinema rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) music documentary (concert) featuring Jimi Hendrix ("A new film - Hendrix at his peak. The historic Berkeley concert, Memorial Day 1970. With Mitch Mitchell and Billy Cox. Fly High."; "PLUS 'Love is Hard to Get', a hilarious new spoof on samurai flicks and 30's serials with Peter Bergman, star of Firesign Theatre as love-crazed gorilla, Nasi Goreng."). Note that we have seen posters from this double-bill from France in 1975, and one poster from a 1980 release of it in Germany, but no other posters, and we don't know if it played in any other countries, and if so, in what years. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
