Important Added Info: Note that the back cover of this program book has been personally autographed (signed) by Burt Reynolds and Lois Nettleton. James Hampton and Byrne Piven signed on the interior page that has their photos and biography.

Note that our consignor has been an autograph collector for many years and that he obtained most of his autographs through person correspondence with celebrities, but he also purchased a few from reputable autograph dealers. Both he and we believe this autograph to be authentic, but he does not have a Certificate of Authenticity.
