Bucquet romantic medical doctor hospital crime marriage melodrama ("#8 The Case of the Terrified Musician!"; "Terror strikes their dream of love!"; one of the very popular series of movies featuring this character and his crusty old mentor, Dr. Gillespie) starring Lew Ayres (in the title role as Doctor James Kildare), Lionel Barrymore (as Doctor Gillespie), Laraine Day, Red Skelton, Alma Kruger, Samuel S. Hinds, and Nils Asther NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the edges of the slide nearly as well.
