NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this British quad, which is a "country of origin" poster for this partially English movie! Also note that this British quad is from the extremely rare 1970 re-release in the United Kingdom. Not only have we never auctioned this poster before, but we have never auctioned any English 2001 item from this re-release! We know it dates from 1970, because the ad campaign with the Star Child in the "The Ultimate Trip" tagline was not used until March of 1970, when poster designer Mike Kaplan came up with that idea for the U.S. 1970 re-release (and now we know that it was also used for the 1970 U.K. re-release). If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has a 1" tear in the left of the bottom border and creases, scuffs and incredibly tiny tears scattered across the top of the poster. There are a few light creases scattered throughout the poster. One could certainly display this incredibly rare poster exactly as it is,or one might choose to have it linenbacked. Either way, the new owner will have a wonderful poster to display on their wall.
